When I first pulled up to the Marland Mansion, I knew Jack and Lexi’s wedding was going to be something special. With its historic architecture, beautiful grounds, and timeless charm, it was the perfect setting for a day that felt both elegant and incredibly personal.

From the beginning, Jack and Lexi wanted a wedding that reflected who they are- classic, intentional, and centered around the people they love most. Every detail came together so effortlessly, from the florals and thoughtful design to the emotion shared throughout the day.

One of my favorite parts of photographing weddings at the Marland Mansion is how much variety it offers. Between the grand staircase, the stunning architecture, and the gardens surrounding the property, every space feels unique while still keeping that timeless feel. It’s a venue that photographs beautifully in every season and gives couples so many opportunities for portraits that feel both editorial and natural.

What stood out most about Jack and Lexi wasn’t just how beautiful their wedding was- it was how present they were. They weren’t worried about sticking to a perfect timeline or making every moment look a certain way. They were simply excited to marry each other, and that joy carried through the entire day.

Some of my favorite images from their gallery are the ones that weren’t planned at all. The quiet moments before the ceremony, the laughter during portraits, the hugs from family members, and the energy on the dance floor are the moments that tell the real story of a wedding day. Those are the photographs that become even more meaningful years from now.

The reception was such a fun way to end the evening. From heartfelt toasts to a packed dance floor, every part of the celebration felt genuine and full of life. It was one of those weddings where you could truly feel how loved Jack and Lexi are by everyone around them.

I’m also incredibly honored that this wedding was selected to be featured by Junebug Weddings. Having this day recognized by one of the wedding industry’s leading publications is something I’ll always be grateful for, and I couldn’t think of a more deserving couple to celebrate.
